Decent price on a headlamp

I bought a Petzl headlamp. Price was fair. Shipped fairly quickly, arrived in 4 days. It works fine. No complaints.

Decent gear, delivery could improve

I bought a pair of hiking boots and a daypack. The boots are really comfortable, and the pack seems durable for day hikes. Everything felt like good value for the quality. Shipping took about a week, which felt a bit slow compared to other stores I use. The website was easy to navigate, though. I'd shop here again but might plan for longer delivery times.

Rucksack and accessories review

I ordered a 60L rucksack, a hydration bladder, and a set of walking poles. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. The rucksack arrived in about a week, and the quality feels robust for backpacking trips. The hydration bladder fits well inside, and the walking poles are lightweight but sturdy. I had a quick question about tracking, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours, which was helpful. My only minor gripe was that one of the pole tips was slightly scuffed, but it didn't affect performance. Overall, I'm satisfied with the gear for my upcoming trip.

Good jacket, quick shipping

I ordered a softshell jacket. It came in four days. Fit was a little snug, but the quality seemed fine. Happy with the purchase overall.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third purchase from Alpinetrek, this time for a new Black Diamond climbing harness. I've always found their selection of premium brands to be top-notch, and this order was no different. The harness arrived well-packaged and exactly as expected. What I appreciate most about Alpinetrek is their consistency. Every order has been accurate, and the quality of the products is always high. I've bought ropes and a down jacket from them before, and those items have held up really well too. They're my go-to for serious gear.

Good gear, quick delivery

I ordered a pair of La Sportiva climbing shoes last week. They arrived in about 4 days, which was pretty good. The shoes themselves are exactly what I expected, solid quality. My only small complaint is the website can be a bit slow sometimes when browsing different product categories. Overall, a positive experience and I got what I needed.

Good gear, a bit slow delivery

I ordered a pair of La Sportiva climbing shoes during their seasonal clearance. The price was really good, about 30% off, which made it a solid deal. The shoes themselves arrived in perfect condition and were exactly as described on the site. Sizing was accurate based on their guide too. My only real gripe was the delivery time; it took 6 days to reach me in California. I'm used to things arriving a bit quicker from online stores, even international ones. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, but it didn't speed things up.

Good price on a sleeping bag

I was looking for a new down sleeping bag and saw Alpinetrek had a clearance sale. Got a great deal, probably 30% off. It felt like a solid saving, definitely worth it. I signed up for the newsletter for another small discount too. Delivery was standard, took about 6 days to get here. The bag itself is super warm, no complaints there. I was a bit worried about ordering from a new site but it worked out well for the price I paid.
